Sledding around my icy street!

Yay! More snow! Well folks, it snowed again today and part of last night. We have like, 3-4 inches of snow on the ground right now! Today I went sledding with my best fiend Aly down my street. Yes we watched for cars and no, no one got hit. I have never been sledding down a street before so this was about the most fun I have had since I moved here! We found out that if you go backwards and push with your feet you can get going pretty darn fast for a sled! We also found out that street my street is crooked! After almost slamming into a firehydrant and some trees we thought "hm, maybe the street is crooked." Duh! My friends brother and Aly found that it was actually very funny to see my do a faceplant and shove snow into my face! I got them back by Shoving snow into thier face and laughing at them for not knowing how to walk on ice! How do i know how to? I have no clue whatsoever. But hey, it was really fun!

Izzy speak

I had an urge. I had an Urge. I HAD AN URGE. I seem to say this alot. I had an urge to this or I had an urge to that. It just makes sense.
Okay sometimes it doesnt make sense. So for all those people of the world who dont know what i am talking about when i say that here is some Izzy talk forr all those who dont know me very well and dont understand half of what i say. Yes i mean you Aly.

Izzy

Well TDA found me a nickname! Its the same one i had at my Elementary and Middle shool. Izzy. Ms. Lopez said it and now everyone is saying, "Hey, Izzy!" Its kind of a funny thing. At all of my old schools Izzy was what my freinds would call me but they werent my real friends at all. So when my TDA friends started calling me that it was kinda wierd. Now it makes me feel like i belong but at my old school it was wierd when somebody called me that but now its totally normal. Its funny how little things like that can change.

Culture Shock

At The Daniel Academy we are having a Christmas party. So naturally we are all excited about it. I was telling Katchen about it and she asked me what i was going to wear and her and Danie looked at eachother really wierd like they knew something i didnt. When i asked Danie about this later she told me how here the idea of Dressing Up is alot more different than in California. In California dressind up means nice shoes and a new hoodie but here apparently it means what it says, Dressing up. I was like, Ya i'm gonna wear jeans and a nice T-shirt and do my hair kinda nice. While all my friends were like, I'm gonna wear a mini witgh leggings and flats and curl my hair. When she said that i was thinking, well its just a party so why dress up alot? I mean maybe some make-up but a skirt? Please. I guess i'm just a SoCal Beach Bum.

New House!

We recently just closed on a new house and i realized that this is the first house i've lived in that we owned. I thought about it and was sure that the only house i've lived in that was owned was when I lived with my aunt for about 2 weeks with my mom once. That doesn't count. It just seems wierd to me that all the houses we lived in weren't ours. I know it sounds wierd but I can't explain it. Owning a house means that you can do whatever you want with it and thats totally awesome!!!! My sister and I are sharing the biggest room in the house! It is so incredably big that we wanted to share it and, the best part is that it has 2 attics in the room! One is running alongside the room lengthwise and the other is in the closet and you get up in it by a little cutout! It so totally rocks dude!

To My Grandparents

I got a call from my Granma a week ago and it dawned on me how much I missed them! We talked for a while and my granma asked me what I wanted for Christmas and thought about it and said that I didn't know what wanted. So my Granma told me to think about it and make a list to send to her so I said I would. I was thinking about it later and realized that if I could pick any one thing to get from them for Christmas it would be to see them. I thought about it and decided that my grandparents are just about the best thing in the world. I mean, think about it. Who is the one you can talk to when you dont want to talk to your parents? Your grandma and grandpa. You talk to them because you know that they are going to tell you that its okay and what you feel is okay. I mean maybe your parents will but its just reasuring to know that they will always be there for you even if they are 1,500 miles away. I love you Grandma and Grandpa! Keep on Chooglin'!

A is for Aden, B is for Rocketship

On Saturday night me and mi familia went over to the Llewellyn's for dinner. I haven't been to their house before so this was great fun for me! I got to met Aden (Arwin was asleep) and while walking around the house trying to avoid my dad Aden was saying ," A is for Aden, B is for Rocket ship!" We had absolutely no idea what he was saying so we kept saying "what?" Then we got it, he was saying "A is for Aden and B is for Rocket ship!" so we kept asking him what that meant and Marcy said,"No Aden, B is for blastoff and R is for Rocket ship." and Aden said, "No, R is for Blastoff!" We all thought this was very funny and i said that littler boys' thoughts are so amazing they should be on Americas Funniest Home Videos!

Supernatural Calling?

I was e-mailing my friend, and when she replied I noticed she signed her name Rachela with the ~ on the A. Then I looked at what I had written and I noticed I had signed my name the same way. So I tried to do it again and found I did'nt know how i did it in the first place. So, I asked her how she did it and she replied "I don't know? How did you?" and I had absolutely no idea how I did it so I suggested that it was a word from God and that we should change our names and move to Spain!

Corn Maze!

HI GUYS! It's me again. Man here in Kansas they do all sorts of fun stuff like Corn Mazes! I went with Christina and some of her friends and me having never done it in my life thought it was great! It was like the first time i got to go catch fireflies with the Bohlenders in Shiloh, man they thought it was so funny! Well Bohlenders how about the first time you came to California and went to our freezing cold beaches! Now that was funny! Well back to the corn maze story. we went with all like, 20 bzillion of us to a HUGE corn maze! Then we spit into two teams and the team I was on OF COURSE did 1.5 mazes and won! It was all me! No It was Definetly not! It was My dad And Benjamin that saved us all! Esstie saved us in the final stretch! Now if I could only figuer out how to spell her name!

Hey Peeps!!!

Hi guys in Cali!! Gosh I miss y'all so much!!! Oh My Gosh it gets so cold here!!! I heard all about the fires and i am so glad i'm not there right now! I would be so incredibly sick because of my allergies! Well i hope y'all are okay and i'm doing fine! I hope you guys are gonna come visit me soon! I dont have many friends right now. I'm waiting on God to get me some!!! Well I got to go but call me sometime!!

California?

For all you Kansas people here is a little bit about my former home California. California does have Beaches and mountains and in the winter we do a little something called Surf 'n' Ski.
Surf 'n' Ski is just what it sounds like. In the morning if you have a good wetsuit you go out to Hermosa Beach and surf for until about 11:00 depending when you get up. Then you Get in you Car with your buds and go 3-4 hours to mammoth and ski your heart (or money) out. We also have Hollywood which after living there all my life and only going there three times is really not all its cracked up to be.Its dumpy and slimy and I don't like it but if you've never been and happen to be in Cali you should go so you can say you did. we also have tons of bulimia and anorexia otherwise known as Fat phobia, the fear of being not as skinny as a Brittany Spears. Yeah.... Its got alot of shady people but hey we got Beaches!!! And this great place called Good Stuff where you can get all kinds of food and its all great so if your ever in Cali they have one in Hermosa, Redondo, El Segundo, and West LA( I still have no clue where that is!!!) I'll try to post some pics A.S.A.P.

Why why?

Why would i name a blog "Why?" Because i couldnt think of a better name or maybe because its so gosh darn cute whenever Izzy Weaver says it. The fact of the matter is why do you think its called that? The reason is that my brain run so fast full of questions like "I wonder why I don't have a blog?" or "Whats my calling in the Millinial Kingdom?" Well my friends in California probably want to know what i think and how i'm possibly coping where its not sunny almost 365 days a year. So, this is a way of communication (although i love my friend tons i'm not a big fan of calling all 20 of them on a daily basis.) It gets pretty tiring after a while (a week) so i decided to get of my glutius maximus and get me a blog!
